REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns due to local legal restrictions.
We accept returns within 30 calendar days after delivery date.
Return items must be unused, original packaging intact, all accessories included for resale condition.
‑ If return caused by our manufacturing defect or shipping mistake: we cover return shipping cost, full refund or replacement will be arranged.
‑ If return due to buyer personal change of mind: buyer bears all return shipping fees, original shipping cost is non‑refundable.
‑ Custom engraved / personalized items are non‑returnable.
After we receive and inspect returned goods, refund will be processed within 7 business days to original payment channel. The actual arrival time depends on your bank processing speed.

All our balisong trainers are hobby‑practice tools only, not a real blade. Customer is responsible for local legal compliance of import, possession and usage.
